KMS Sheds warranties labor, materials, and structural soundness for 2 years with proper maintenance. This warranty does not include windows, doors, sinking of shed, alterations, natural disasters, fire, flood, windstorm, or neglect. Some materials have their own individual warranties. We use 25 year self-sealing shingles.
